Do you provide legal advice when buying property in Spain?
No. We do not provide legal advice directly — and we believe this is important. Legal checks, contracts and formal representation should be handled by an independent lawyer who protects your interests.
What we do is coordinate the real estate side of the purchase, keep communication clear, and recommend trusted independent lawyers based on the property location, purchase type and your preferred language.
This way, you receive both: professional real estate guidance from us and independent legal protection from the right specialist.
Do I pay anything for your service as a buyer?
No. Our buyer service is included at no extra cost to you. We are usually compensated by the developer or seller, so you can receive our guidance, property selection and purchase coordination without paying an agency fee.
If your service is free, do you still help me get the best conditions?
In many new-build projects, the price itself is fixed by the developer and not usually negotiable. However, that does not mean there is nothing to discuss.
Depending on the project, availability and stage of construction, we can often ask for the best possible conditions for our clients — such as included extras, furniture packages, payment terms, upgrades or other advantages offered by the developer.
Our role is to represent your interest clearly, ask the right questions and make sure you understand what is included before making a decision.
Do you only work with new-build properties?
We specialise mainly in new-build properties across Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida, but we also work with selected modern resale properties when they match our clients’ needs, quality expectations and long-term plans.
